Returns and reservation changes
This policy describes how paid time blocks may be moved or refunded. It applies to reservations made through the official channels listed on the contact page.
Cancellations
If you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled start, any prepaid amount is returned using the original payment path where technically possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
Late cancellations
Cancellations inside twenty-four hours may be subject to a fee equal to one half of the block price, unless closure of the building prevents use. The exact fee is confirmed in your booking email.
No-shows
If you do not arrive and do not cancel, the block is treated as used. No refund is issued for the missed time.
Rescheduling
One reschedule request per booking may be honored when submitted at least twenty-four hours in advance and when alternative capacity exists. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Operator-initiated changes
If a session cannot run because of maintenance or safety reasons, you may choose a refund or a new time slot of equal length.
How to request a change
Send the booking reference and your preferred option to the contact email. Replies are sent during business days.
